Technical Rider Requirements
Professional DJ setup: Pioneer CDJ-3000 (×2) or equivalent industry-standard decks.
Pioneer DJM-900NXS2 (or newer) mixer with standard cable connectivity.
Minimum two stage monitors positioned for optimal cue monitoring.
High-quality sound system appropriate to venue capacity (line array preferred).
Dedicated DJ booth with stable surface, adequate lighting, and power supply.
Deposit & Payment Terms
50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm and lock the booking date.
Remaining balance due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
All payments to be made via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation within 14 days of the event incurs the full booking fee.
Rescheduling is permitted once, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
Event Logistics
Load-in and soundcheck access minimum 2 hours before doors open.
Set length and times to be agreed at least 7 days before the event.
Green room or private dressing room with secure storage for personal items.
Hospitality rider: bottled water, towels, and a guest list spot (details per agreement).
Ground transportation and accommodation arrangements for out-of-city bookings to be confirmed in advance.
