Press Kit FAQ

Quick answers to the most common questions from promoters, journalists, and media partners about asset usage, permissions, and how to get in touch.

Asset Usage

Yes — all press photos in the Asset Vault are cleared for editorial and promotional use in connection with covering or promoting the artist. Please credit the photographer where a credit is listed. Images may not be used for commercial merchandise or sold to third parties.

The Promoter & Press Pack contains high-resolution press photos and artist logos. Any additional documents such as biographies or riders will be listed in the pack when available. All image files are original resolution.

The pack includes the approved DJ SeeBeat logo files. If you need a specific format or variant not listed, contact management and we will help.

Media Permissions

Yes — any recording, broadcast, or photography of a live performance requires prior written approval from management. Please submit requests at least 7 days before the event.

Editorial articles and reviews do not require pre-approval. However, if you are quoting the artist directly or publishing a feature interview, we appreciate being notified and offered a courtesy review for factual accuracy.

Yes, subject to scheduling. Please send your show details, audience size, and preferred dates to the press contact listed in the EPK. We typically respond within 48 hours.

Contact Procedures

All booking requests should go through the booking email listed on the EPK. Please include the event date, venue, city, expected audience size, and any technical or production details.

We recommend submitting requests at least 4–6 weeks in advance for domestic dates and 8–12 weeks for international bookings. Last-minute requests are considered case by case.

For all press, media, and interview requests, please contact management using the booking email listed in the EPK footer. Include your publication name, article type, and deadline, and your request will be forwarded to the right person.
